So now on to round 2. Things I plan to differently this time around are meal-planning to make sure I use all those little containers and drinking more water (goal=12 cups/day), plus I plan to add walking everyday to my workouts as well.
So I planned out all of my meals last night and I have come up with a recipe that I love and I can see being my new favorite!!!
21 Day Fix Tuna Rice Casserole
1 Yellow - Tru Roots Sprouted Rice & Quinoa blend
1 Green - steamed Broccoli & Carrots mixed
1 Red - Canned Tuna (but you could put in any meat you wanted, I plan to try it next round with diced Chicken
I cooked it all separately and then filled ach container and mixed it in a bowl, I used the leftovers to make batches to go in the freezer for a quick lunch in the future :)
I just love the rice blend too, I just find it very flavourful for rice and quinoa
